Shipping

Online orders ship by FedEx 2Day within 2 business days, free on orders of $99 or more to the contiguous 48 states.

Processing

• In-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET on a business day usually ship within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal and Massachusetts holidays.
• Orders that need shop work, such as mounting bindings, ship within 3 to 5 business days after we have your boot sole length, height, weight and ability level.
• From Thanksgiving week through December 24, allow up to 2 extra business days.
• If we can't ship within the time shown at checkout, we'll email you a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Rates

Your full total, including shipping and sales tax, is shown before you pay. We don't add handling or processing fees.

Where we ship

• Contiguous 48 states: all products.
• Alaska and Hawaii: calculated at checkout; skis and snowboards may not be available.
• We don't currently ship to P.O. boxes for skis, snowboards or oversized items, or outside the United States.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email skiandsportshack@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it, repair it or refund you, and we cover return shipping.

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, check with neighbors and your building, then contact us within 7 days. We'll file a claim with the carrier and work out a replacement or refund with you.

Pick up in store

Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order at 286 Main Street, Stoneham, inside City Cycle. We'll email you when it's ready and hold it for 7 days.
